ORDERS POLICY
In case of any circumstance or reason outside of our control, we reserve the right to suspend the fulfilment of an order. In such case, we shall immediately notify the customer, who will then have right to cancel the order.
• Once an order has been made and payment fulfilled, the customer accepts that they have committed to the purchase and the details of the order. Reversals of an order will not be accepted without immediate contact for consideration of circumstance.
• Please note any change of order details after your order has been placed, including ring size or custom details may incur a fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an error on the shop's website.
PRODUCT ACCURACY
All products have been described as accurately as possible on the site. As all pieces are handmade, we celebrate the differences which make each piece unique. Metal colours may also vary slightly from those seen on your screen as each browser and monitor is different.
PRICING
We reserve the right to change prices, conduct or cancel sales at any time without notice.
PAYMENT
Payments are made securely via PayPal, Credit Card or Apple Pay. All major credit and debit cards are available via Paypal as well as secure online payment from a linked bank account.
You may also pay via a direct bank transfer in our account. Should you wish to do this please contact us via email at hello@keynajewellery.com to place your order.
RETURNS
If you are wanting a refund or exchange, please email hello@keynajewellery.com.
A friendly reminder to choose your piece carefully, as we will not offer a return for ‘change of mind’, however, we are happy to offer an exchange for size or style with the same dollar value within 14 days of receiving purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition. If the item has been worn we cannot offer an exchange.
We are unable to accept exchanges of earrings under any circumstances so please take care when ordering and contact us with any questions before making your purchase.
We will not exchange or return sale items, one-off pieces or custom pieces.
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for credit.
FAULTS
If for any reason you feel that your piece is faulty please contact us at hello@keynajewellery.com.
The piece will be assessed and if considered faulty, we will gladly repair or replace the faulty piece.
Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. To avoid damage please treat your handmade piece with the same care and love in which it was made. For more information on caring for your Keyna™ piece, please read our jewellery care guide. All rings are handmade so slight variations between pieces are to be expected and celebrated.
SIZING
While we're more than happy to assist where possible, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered.
Please take a moment to check your size before ordering. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please see our ring size guide for sizing information. If you have ordered the wrong size and would like us to re-size your ring, please note that a re-sizing fee will apply.
DELIVERY
All Keyna® pieces are sent via insured UPS. Please note that Keyna is not accountable for any international duty, import or custom charges that you may incur. For more information on shipping please visit our delivery page.
